How To Rent With Us
Anyone 18 or over that will be living at the property needs to fill out an application to apply.
You will need:
-Proof of income (i.e. W-2 or two current pay stubs)
-Proof of current Residence
-Last 5 Years Rental History
-$20.00 processing fee for each application (cash only)
A credit check will be ordered and an evaluation done based on each applicant's credit history.
The combined income of all applicants must be 3 times the amount of rent for application to be accepted.
Currently, applications are available from our office located at 10535 Anderson Street, Loma Linda, CA 92354.
